Evolution

About 65 million years ago, the chameleons launched themselves into the sea to migrate from Africa to the island of Madagascar.

Adaptation

They live in forest environments, that is, in all types of tropical and mountain forests, jungles, savannahs and occasionally steppes and deserts too.

They can move their large and globular eyes independently, which gives them an almost 360 ° view

The chameleon is known for its ability to change its color when it feels threatened, and also in response to changes in temperature, light, color and other environmental alterations.

SS Hard was created

The double "S" represents the values of safety and service. SS Hard registered in the registry on September 21, 1990. Initially, its activity was the sale of PCs and its installation, but before long new products were incorporated into its portfolio.

Nace Yaq's

The name was created based on the Spanish phrase “Ya que estamos”, which means “as we got here”. Therefore, as we got there, we expanded the offer. That was the idea. Yaq's services are the natural evolution of the previous business, i.e. maintenance services.

Taking into account the experience that has been acquired, we decided to take another step forward and we created a company focused on professional systems services and outsourcing.

With the creation of Sycatón, we incorporated software development, installation and maintenance services.

Versia Soluciones Tecnológicas was born to provide service to the rest of the companies, and, also, for giving them a brand for common use.

With the purchase of Wiside we incorporated telecommunications services to the existing offer.

Unification of the corporate image

In October 2008 the old brands were discarded, and all the businesses adopted the iconography of the chameleon in their brand. Anyway, each company maintains its identity through its unique logo and a lively system of colors.

In January 2017 Verlar was created.

10 years later, and with more than 750 people in our team, divided among 9 companies, we decided to strengthen the value of our joint force by unifying the corporate identity in a single brand.
